Precision Heating & Cooling has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Residential Lead Installer to join our phenomenal team! We are looking for individuals with strong work ethics and great attitudes. We pride ourselves on our culture, we WORK HARD, PLAY HARD. The Installers at Precision Heating and Cooling have each other's back. We have been intentional about hiring employees to build a culture of a strong, tight-knit team. Many of our Installers have similar hobbies and tend to spend time together outside of work.
