The Opportunity: As the Member Experience Specialist, you will perform member operational related transactions and services, research and monitor transactional data. Resolve issues and problems associated with all aspects of the member account experience regardless of delivery channel. Respond to member and internal staff inquiries as needed and in a timely manner. Essential Functions: Responsible for account management processes (includes dormant & escheat accounts, new accounts and credit cards, ACH, share and loan adjustments, returns, foreign item review) Responsible for card management, including card disputes, payment error loads, exercising chargeback rights, close out packages, credit line increases, card inventory and applicable disclosures) and process within regulatory guidelines and limits. File bond claims, if needed Responsible for and assists members with electronic services (online banking, Android & iPhone pay, eStatements, Digital Insight, mobile deposits, and bill pay support) Responds to and processes legal notices, including levy, garnishment, child support notifications; title search orders; death notifications & certificates Handles disbursements and title processing Monitors department reports Successfully completes all mandatory compliance courses (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, etc.) Responds timely to member and staff inquiries through all delivery channels Escalate suspected fraud issues related to account or card activity to immediate leader for referral to Risk Management Process monthly fraud charge offs associated with Visa Credit Card claims Cross-train in all department tasks, functions, and responsibilities Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: Required: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite of products Excellent member service skills Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Regular onsite attendance We respect your time, we've made the application short and sweet!
