Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate/ Inventory Control As a well-known Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealer, we have 13 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. Job Duties: Serve as the first point of contact answering and resolving customer questions and concerns in person and over the phone Fulfill customer orders ensuring accurate and timely shipment of parts and supplies through UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, or other vendors Receive and allocate parts and supplies to fulfill customer orders or replenish stock Pull parts for pick tickets and invoice orders Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any receipt/ invoice questions Accurately complete cycle counting and inventory adjustments Maintain inventory control for the branch Support entire team as needed to include fill in for delivery drivers Desired Competencies: Experience with heavy equipment and/or refrigeration unit parts beneficial but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and detail oriented Team Player Basic computer skills to include outlook and Microsoft office suite Flexibility to meet changing demands Qualifications: Safety focused High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Forklift operation experience preferred 2+ years' experience as a Shipping & Receiving associate or similar position preferred but not required Benefits: Quarterly Bonuses Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K with company matching Company paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability Insurance We're an equal opportunity employer.
