EFK Moen is currently seeking a Structural/Bridge Engineer for a full-time position in our St. Louis, MO and Fairview Heights, IL offices. The company offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package. Job Description: Work independently performing structural bridge designs in a team-oriented environment. Project emphasis is on structural/bridge designs for DOT and related clients. The projects range in scope from small to multi-million-dollar designs. Duties & Responsibilities The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive: Daily production of structural/bridge design plans, structural calculations, reports, etc. Leadership that delivers quality design while adhering to the project budget/schedule Responsible and accountable for client/customer satisfaction and technical project execution Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge/Qualifications, Skills & Abilities BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited program is required EIT license is required (or ability to obtain within 6 months) PE license encouraged DOT project experience MicroStation CAD software experience Knowledge of structural design software Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required Must be authorized to work in the United States Physical Qualifications Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time Ability to type and/or use a computer for extended periods of time Sufficient visual ability to focus attention on extended use of electronic documents and software EFK Moen, LLC offers its full-time employees: Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Company sponsored Short- and Long-Term disability coverage Company sponsored life insurance coverage 401(k) with Company Contribution Support of professional organization membership and activities Work-life balance through a flexible, casual work environment A culture of mentoring and teamwork EFK Moen is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace.
