To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:30pm Compensation: $16.00 - 18.00/hr DOE Benefits: Medical Insurance (85% covered for the employee, 35% covered for dependents), 401K plan w/ match up to 5%, Paid Time Off and Personal days, 6 Paid Holidays Supplemental insurance policies available, Employee Discount Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent 2+ years relevant experience Superior customer Service Skills Professional communication; written and verbal Well organized and the ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail Capable of working in a fast paced environment Collaborates well with others
