As a member of the property operations team you will support the property management team on the portfolio's performance, oversee and maintain accountability for sales, leasing, & occupancy goals. Assists in uncovering strategic opportunities. As an Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all operational analysis and forecasting, preparing financial review documentation investor requirements, and creating and reviewing property operating budgets, as well as leading special projects for the apartment communities within your portfolio. You will also collaborate with the regional team to provide guidance on understanding the residential markets in which STOA has a presence in, focusing on trends new developments, economic transitions and STOAs position in these respective markets. You will work closely with the Director of Property Operations team to ensure compliance with the national reporting structure, while also using your local market expertise to address any specific market reporting needs.
