JOB SUMMARY The Project Commercialization Manager is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams to enable effective execution of a broad portfolio of projects across all Business Units from Concept through Commercialization. The position's primary responsibility will include creating project work plans, communicating expectations, and holding team members accountable to deliverables. The Project Commercialization Manager will lead the coordination for projects with functions outside the Technology Group including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, QRO, and Finance in order to ensure the completion of projects. The Project Commercialization Manager will be actively engaged in improving multiple processes such as C2C, PMO, and Project Management. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Effectively lead cross-functional and cross-business unit teams, while fostering an environment of accountability and teamwork Effectively lead project planning efforts and priorities through the full life cycle of assigned projects (Concept through Commercialization) with cross-functional areas including Marketing, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory, Procurement, Design Engineering, external partners, and others as required Excellent organization skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure projects meet success criteria - delivered on time, on budget, meets customer/consumer needs, and with the expected level of quality Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion while promoting team participation and a sense of ownership Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Continuous Improvement Best practices for Project Management, C2C and PMO Process EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from a 4-Year College or University in Business Management or similar field Minimum 5 Years Related Experience Minimum 5 Years Leadership Experience Experience Demonstrating strong leadership, organization, and communication skills KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Minimum 5 years experience in facilitating and managing small to large projects through project life cycle by leading cross-functional teams Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (or equivalent program) to develop project plans Outstanding record of effectively managing multiple projects and tasks while abiding by established schedules Provides direction and influence for continuous improvement of PMO, C2C, and Project Management Manages project plans and coordinates project activities, communicates progress and challenges Results orientated, with proactive problem-solving skills Have the flexibility to work beyond normal workday hours, shift work, and some weekends Demonstrates leadership, cost consciousness, communication skills, and promotes good relations in a team setting Must maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity while embodying the BAF's Mission and Values Confident and effective at communicating with all levels of the organization in an honest, open, and constructive fashion Demonstrated ability to deliver results with large scale cross-functional teams Comfortable with ambiguity, influencing others to a greater comfort level, and giving ongoing feedback and coaching to those employees frequently working with LOCATION This position is located just outside of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Situated along the Snake River at the western edge of the world-famous Rocky Mountains, Idaho Falls has all the features of big city living, but still embraces a small town charm.
