Motor Technology, Inc., a national leader in providing superior quality and value in electro-mechanical repairs and services to our customers, is seeking a CDL Truck Driver. Since 1981, we have been an integral part of keeping national industries up and running smoothly and efficiently. We are a family-owned company that builds, services, and sells industrial motors, controls, gearboxes, and related driven equipment for advanced electric motor systems. Our drivers are responsible for transporting various freight to and from customers in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities: Drive flatbed single and dual axle truck Deliver and pick-up freight Manage proof of delivery paperwork from customers Assist with loading and unloading trucks Perform inspections of vehicle before and after deliveries Maintain communication with all resources associated with deliveries and pick-ups Support MTI by building rapport with customers Adhere to all company and customer Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality Management protocols Other duties as required Requirements: Legible handwriting Safe driving record CDL Class B CDL Class A - Preferred, but not required High attention to detail Flexibility to perform duties other than those listed Willing to work overtime, and some weekends and holidays The hours for this position are 7:00AM-3:30PM with a half hour unpaid lunchbreak.
