Summary: Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant provides overall general support to all departments within the organization. This dynamic position required the ability to think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other documents in support of objects for the organization. Provide support and guidance to departments when needed. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the General Manger's ability to effectively lead the organization. Other projects and duties as assigned. A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This position will work in a fast-paces, office environment and will require frequent exposure to computer screens. The noise level is usually quiet. Physical Demands: While performing the essential duties and responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate the keyboard, computer, telephone, and other office equipment. This position is required to regularly sit at a desk for long periods of time and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.The employee must have the ability to work the days and hours required; additional hours may be necessary as required by the job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
