MidAmerica National Bank, a locally owned financial institution in central Illinois, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our IT department as a full-time Technology Administrator. Established in 1933, MidAmerica National Bank provides financial services to local communities through our branches located in Fulton, Marshall and McDonough counties. We pride ourselves in making a positive impact on our customers and area communities. We are currently accepting applications/resumes for a Technology Administrator to be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the operations of both local and wide area networks, computers, servers, and related technological equipment throughout the bank. Under the direction of the IT Director, the Technology Administrator is responsible for the banks network and systems performance, backup/recovery, and capacity planning to ensure scalability; technology lifecycle management, and adherence to compliance and security. Network administration experience is required with knowledge of Windows Server, Virtualization, Switches, Firewalls, and Routing. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users and resolve technology problems Coordinate maintenance, updates and repairs to hardware and software systems Serve as administrator for the network and various other technology systems Install, maintain, and monitor the operation of the bank's local and wide area network. Assist in various building maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent coursework, training or experience. Five years' experience working in a role including computer maintenance, software support, network design, cabling, hardware selection and installations in a Windows server/network environment is required. Knowledge of supporting users and systems in a client/service environment is preferred as is familiarity with MSSQL instance administration. Network and PC support certifications are a plus General knowledge of bank functions preferred High level of technology, communication, and analytical skills, organized, ability to multitask and prioritize MidAmerica National Bank offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
