Reasons to work for Shadrach Plumbing Be a part of a local, family owned and operated company We work local in Fountain Hills and the surrounding communities Modern technology in the field and office, we use ServiceTitan a cloud-based CRM Benefits: Medical, dental, and vison insurance 401K 6 paid holidays 80 hours of vacation time; accrued 40 hours of sick leave; accrued Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Schedule Coordinator Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant / Schedule Coordinator to join our team, someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position is the initial contact to our clients, customers, and plumbers, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support. What you will be doing: Answering incoming calls Scheduling service calls & dispatching plumbers Maintaining customers database with current information, we use ServiceTitan Calling customers with lead time for service Scheduling installations Logging warranties and rebates Preparing service invoices Working independently Other duties as needed Qualifications: 5 years related experience in an office setting in customer service, dispatching, project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience using a cloud-based scheduling / CRM system, ServiceTitan experience a plus! A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy Data entry, filing, and other general office duties Accounts payable experience Experienced with MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, and Excel Stellar customer service skills Excellent and interpersonal communication skills The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and plumbers Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Must be able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check & drug screen Check us out online: www.shadrachplumbingcooling.com customer service, admin, administrative, support, customer support, client support, client services, answering phones, receptionist, coordinator, dispatcher, csr, customer rep, green company, high tech, energy efficiency, scheduler, appointment generator
