Title: Business Analyst Responsibilities: Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and/or solutions to resolve process gaps or related business challenges Engage with business and T&I stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements and map them to solutions, platforms, and/or capabilities Document, analyze, optimize, and streamline business processes, communications, presentation materials and standard operating procedures Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate stakeholder workshops Collaborate with project managers and technical experts to present the impacts and risks of the program and/or business Requirements gathered to appropriately frame choices for business owners Use agile tools to support T&I projects Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent Five (5) years of experience conducting business analysis and capturing business and technical requirements for IT projects Strong presentation skills Preferred Qualifications : Industry standard business analyst certification(s) such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master Previous Jira and ServiceNow experience Professional Skills: Excellent verbal, graphical, interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong analytical, organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy. Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
