Description:
General Ensure that clinical systems and standards of care are in place to achieve clinical and regulatory compliance. Provide oversight and guidance to staff in facilities which includes role modeling and teaching clinical skills necessary to provide quality care on a consistent basis. Provide clinical and problem-solving assistance to facility staff. Evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of resident outcomes in collaboration with facility staff. Job Responsibilities Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve service. Accurately and timely record observations during your visits. Conduct QA visits periodically as needed. Assist staff with development and follow-up of implemented recommendations. Conduct clinical compliance visits every 4-6 weeks. Facilitate and foster Interdisciplinary approach to resident care. Written reports are compiled according to Clinical Policies and Procedures. Assist facility staff with information when requested. Act in role of consultant for facilities (i.e., unusual occurrences, clinical issues, etc.) Guarantee confidential information is never disclosed to unauthorized personnel. Other special projects and duties, as assigned. Qualifications Active LPN license. Minimum of one year of experience in Assisted Living or similar field. Travel required. (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee) Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, and the Internet. High level of Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with team members. Customer Service oriented. Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate activities. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make decisions. Approachable, flexible, and adaptive to change.
