Job Description: Responsible for deciding the projected time frame to complete a project Responsible for determining additional factors with respect to the project like labor needs, materials, budgets, and potential setbacks Must be able to communicate with personnel, vendors, and insurance providers Job Duties: Must be able to determine what factors of production need to be considered to influence the cost of a service or product Be able to create labor estimates for a project Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors Must be able to present prepared estimates to management Must be able to analyze insurance claims Benefits: Referral program Health, Dental, Vision, 401K match up to 3%, Flexible spending, PTO Michael and Son Remodeling provides an excellent work environment and is passionate about its dedication to achievement.
