YOUR ROLE AS A CONCRETE FOREMAN - CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN As a Concrete Foreman - Construction Foreman, you are the face of our company in the field. Your job is to coordinate with customers, supervise your crew, and order and schedule materials. As you oversee your team, you provide on-the-job training, never hesitating to jump in and get your hands dirty when you need to. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONCRETE FOREMAN - CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN 5+ years of experience as a crew leader with a concrete company 5+ years of experience working concrete Ability to read blueprints, provide layouts, and shoot elevations Availability for early morning work Are you dependable? Can you be counted on to change gears when necessary and roll up your sleeves to get the job done? Do you have a can-do attitude? Are you an adept multi-tasker? Do you have good leadership skills, including motivating and encouraging others? Are you attentive to detail and skilled at quality control?
