JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Instruct weekly Cooking Camps and ensuring safety in the kitchen and prep spaces at all times Execute the provided menus and recipes for your camp each day, making sure campers complete their cooking and baking on time throughout the week Follow all health, safety, and other policies and procedures Perform weekly inventory management and tracking Be a role model for campers and staff, arriving every day with an inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude QUALIFICATIONS Education, training, and experience in teaching and/or culinary arts ServSafe Certification or the ability to complete the certification before camp A background in working with kids and teens is highly recommended, but not required Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook Deep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a high-level team Required clearances, or ability to obtain them prior to start date.
