RECEPTIONIST JOB DESCRIPTION PURPOSE OF POSITION Under general supervision, perform day to day receptionist duties including operating and answering a multi-line telephone system, servicing incoming calls and providing general information to callers; as well as greeting visitors and completing various general office duties and tasks. Duties and Responsibilities The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title: Operate a multi-line switchboard in order to answer, screen and transfer incoming calls Be a front desk presence, providing direction to visitors and others General office duties and tasks as needed on a daily basis Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational and clerical skills, as well as detail oriented Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures Professional customer service techniques Able to multi-task Punctual with strong attendance history 10-key experience Proficient in Microsoft Applications E MS Offers: Competitive pay Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Company Paid Life and AD&D Insurance Paid Vacation time Paid Sick Leave Long Term Disability 401k with company Match Job Posted by ApplicantPro
