Position Overview: To plan, develop, organize, and monitor the overall sales strategy of the Elevator Group. Responsible for increasing business and account base by supporting and working with Regional Sales Managers. Provide the highest quality service and work with customers to ensure complete satisfaction. Manage Regional Sales Associates, communicate with Vice President, and recruit personnel continually. Through the Regional Sales Managers, establish opportunities to conduct presentations, demonstrate products, and represent the company at trade shows. Assist the Quality Delivery Manager with facilitating course development and conduct training for sales and marketing personnel. Strive for continual improvement in sales and marketing. Incorporate and practice HCSG 5 Marks - Safety, Integrity, Efficiency, Legacy, Respect - in all aspects of job performance. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support and monitor assigned regional sales associates for achievement of elevator sales goals Prepare monthly reports with current sales and projected sales for Vice President Monitor market trends, competition products, and new products to expand our business Assist with personnel needs (recruit, hire, termination, discipline, etc) Develop sales strategies and prepare marketing initiatives Assist in the development new customer relationships and maintain existing relationships Conduct sales meetings for Regional Sales Managers Attend trade shows, seminars, meetings, and trainings to present Elevator products Attend classes with quality and training as required for professional and branch development Direct division personnel in following corporate programs, directives, and policies Adhere to all company policies including safety, appearance, and customer service Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Master's degree a plus 5 years of elevator industry required with mid-level management experience Solid leadership, effective team building, strong communication and presentations skills to effectively develop relationships with internal and external entities. Strong sales and financial acumen, customer focus and an active leader in sales programs Elevator certifications and industry recognition is preferred (CET, QEI, etc) Computer proficient Demonstrate respect for all individuals Must be able to pass Drug/alcohol screening and background check
