Mandara Hospitality Group is hiring a Bartender to join our talented service team at Posana! Are you passionate about hospitality, serving your community, and having fun? Do you possess a genuine interest in feeding the well-being of others and an innate desire to deliver exceptional service? If so, we invite you to apply to join our bar team! We are looking for a talented and experienced bartender with skill, knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to help build upon the foundation of our signature, hand crafted cocktail menu. You would be expected to experiment with new (seasonal) ingredients and be innovative in your contributions as we continuously attempt to enhance and evolve our menu. In addition, help to ensure that we are consistently creating the most outstanding overall customer experience. This is a part time position. Qualified Candidates:possess comprehensive food, wine and spirits knowledge. 2+ years of bartender experience.have extensive cocktail-focused experience. are professional, ambitious. are attentive, detail-oriented, and committed to doing it the right way- every time. are organized, both in the physical space and mentally. uphold all standards of service.communicate with kitchen, management, and floor team to ensure guest satisfaction.properly manage time and resources to balance the guest experience and the needs of Posana.represent Posana's vision and values.take part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties. participate in service/culinary training. work in a team environment and welcome feedback and coaching.
