Job Summary The Manager IT Compliance is responsible for managing compliance and audit activities within the IT Department. This person will manage compliance efforts to ensure compliance with internal policies, standards and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls. Pro-actively develops, tests, documents, evaluates, tracks, and improves Information Technology (IT) Compliance controls for all IT Resources; collaborates with internal and external audit teams, IT management, General Counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance programs are in place and operating. People Management Attract, develop and retain team members Identifies employees and team development needs and enables their growth Improve team spirit and morale Set KPI's and effectively monitor performance against standards Provides instructions and conduct regular coaching Continuously improve performance Remote management of reporting staff Meet or exceed set KPI's by managing expectations and removing impediments Efficient collaboration within and across teams An effective and motivated team Support and provide expertise on compliancy matters Ensure best practices are adopted and policies and procedures are followed Compiling annual general manager/business owner user account review for all legacy systems Support rollout of systems Provide expertise Review of compliance documents Perform compliance reviews as required, such as high risk user accounts, high risk Active Directory groups and high risk Active Directory GPO Monthly, quarterly and annual review for compliance controls Reviews requested by IT management team Timely update on reviews Proper documentation Coordinate and plan workload Coordination and planning of total workload and setting priorities Reporting progress on planning, changes and issues Timely processing of work within SLA. Budget responsibility Responsible for assigned budget, approval of licenses, suppliers and consultancy Activities and contracts are within budget SOx compliance Adhere to company policies and processes including change control, security, corporate policies, and Sarbanes Oxley 404 Review and update IT Standards, Policies and narratives applicable to SOx audit Routinely audit data and process quality as requested by internal audit Owner of several IT Application Controls Ensure any new applications or entities falling under Sox scope are compliant before audit period SOx compliance Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree required. Minimum of 4 to 6 years Managing IT Compliance Demonstrated ability to work in Oracle EBS or similar ERP system Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master degree in ICT, Computer Science or related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Strong written, verbal communication and partnering skills. Experience in Audit and Compliance or Information Technology discipline. Physical Demands Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend, and kneel. Frequently lifts up to 10 lbs. Long periods spent sitting at desk in front of computer screen. Regularly required reach with hands and arms. Work Environment Job functions will be carried out in an office environment.
