This is a great opportunity for a Senior Living professional to lead our well-established Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, & Garden Cottage community that offer an array of innovative amenities. The Healthcare Administrator is responsible for day-to-day-management of healthcare services in our life plan community. The Healthcare Administrator assures that the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents and intimately involved in advising staff and supervisors in matters related to nursing services. The Healthcare Administrator implements and recommends revisions to the organization's policies related to delivery of health services and develops organizational structure and standards of performance, while promoting a working relationship with other departments and community agencies. An ideal candidate to fill the Healthcare Administrator position will meet or exceed the following qualifications: NC Nursing Home Administrator's license required. Bachelor's Degree is required. Minimum of 3 years related experience. Minimum of 3 years management / supervisory experience Ability to maintain compliance with regulations. High quality written and verbal communication skills Proficient in the use of computer applications, MatrixCare experience a plus Organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate. Promote and maintain working relationships with various stakeholders. Ability to serve as an effective and compassionate liaison between residents, their families, Power of Attorneys, and the Healthcare Team. Prompt and proactive customer service and conflict resolution skills Financial management and budgeting skills Ability to achieve goals and formulate operational strategies.
