At our dealership, we work as a tight-knit team . We hope you'll join us! YOUR DAY AS A CAR DEALERSHIP SALES CONSULTANT As a Car Dealership Sales Consultant, you play a crucial role in our business. One of your tasks is to engage with potential customers who express interest in our vehicles through the Internet. You follow up with these leads by promptly responding, noting the correspondence in our customer relationship management database (CRM), and providing exceptional customer service. With a friendly demeanor, you also interact with customers who visit our dealership. A people person, you quickly build relationships with them as you walk them through the car-buying process. A matchmaker at heart, you love helping our customers find their perfect ride! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CAR DEALERSHIP SALES CONSULTANT Sales license or willingness to obtain one (We will help with that) Driver's license Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you a proactive self-starter? Do you have great communication skills, both verbal and written? Are you friendly and personable? If so, we would love to have you on our team!
