Description:
Position Description: Perform sales for residential, and commercial projects. From new construction to existing properties. Essential Job Functions: Typing, familiarity with Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Outlook; Provide excellent customer service, communication skills and service etiquette Establishes and maintains records, filing systems, databases, and calendars; Prepares and processes various documents and forms; Perform plan take off, and utilize software. Performs related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Experience performing complex clerical work including arithmetic calculations; using standard office equipment (telephone with multiple lines, computer, fax, printer, calculator, etc.); Skill in the use of standard office equipment and software (telephone with multiple lines, computer, fax, printer, calculator, etc.) general office procedures, English usage, and punctuation; Knowledge of sales methods and procedures, English punctuation, and grammar usage; Ability to type at a net corrected speed of 40 words per minute, operate Microsoft Suite and other computer software/programs, communicate effectively with a variety of individuals in written, digital and verbal form, establish and meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, exercise sound judgment, interpret and communicate policies and procedures; Physical Abilities include sitting for extended periods, reaching, setting up ladders, fine manual dexterity, pulling, talking/hearing, and near and far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of vision. Minimum Qualifications for Application Ability to type at a net corrected speed of 40 words per minute; Two (2) years of Sales experience performing complex and diverse duties; Possession of a high school diploma (or its equivalency) or higher, or possession of a GED. Desired Qualifications for Application Construction sales; Experience working with Adobe Suite, and/or other graphic and database software programs; Bilingual; One (1) year of successful experience in construction estimating software.
