YOUR DAY AS AN EXCAVATOR - HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR As an Excavator - Heavy Equipment Operator, you are an important member of our construction team. Each day you perform crucial tasks, including land excavation and the demolition of existing buildings. The groundwork you do often involves grading and trenching. As part of your duties, you operate a variety of heavy equipment, such as excavators, backhoes, loaders, and dozers, and you do so with safety at the top of your mind. A team player, you collaborate with the superintendent and other authorities to ensure that the project goes as planned. At the end of the day, you make sure that your equipment is in tip-top shape. You then head home, proud of the fact that you're always someone we can count on to perform quality work! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXCAVATOR - HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR Certification for operating heavy construction machinery Driver's license Work authorization Are you dependable and reliable? Can you work with precision and safety? Do you take pride in your work ethic? Do you have good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team? If so, you might be perfect for this position! YOUR SCHEDULE This construction position works a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm , and needs availability for occasional on-call, overtime, and weekend work.
