Our technicians are responsible for installing and monitoring critical equipment to estimate when maintenance should be performed and ensure the optimal performance of wireless monitoring solutions for rotating equipment in industrial settings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assembling equipment, conducting surveys, assisting in installations, and monitoring customer data through our website. Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and calibrate wireless monitoring equipment according to specifications. Assist in conducting equipment surveys to assess customer needs and requirements. Support the installation and setup of wireless monitoring sensors on customers' equipment. Monitor customer data through our website, ensuring accurate and timely data collection. Collaborate with the team to analyze data and make recommendations for equipment maintenance and improvements based on monitoring results. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records and documentation of equipment installations, surveys, and customer interactions. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in computer applications and data analysis Ability to take direction and work independently or as part of a team Willing to travel for customer site visits and installations Self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize work High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Background in vibration analysis or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required. Mechanically inclined, with experience working on or with rotating equipment is preferred, but not required. The hours for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM with an unpaid 60 minute lunchbreak.
