Job Responsibilities: Call on high potential case managers, doctors and other sales targets in assigned territory as determined by Regional Sales Manager Meet and exceed sales goals for assigned territory. Develop new customer targets in order to achieve referrals from accounts that have minimal to no referral history with HME Specialists. Establish and maintain relationships with existing referral sources within assigned territory. Schedule and conduct in-services on products and services for referral sources, facilities, and Hospitals within assigned territory. Track sales calls using a CRM application as well as maintain accurate records on prospective and active sales targets and accounts. Understand and communicate information to referral sources relative to Medicare and commercial insurance requirements. Assist headquarters with sales orders as necessary; confirm patient order documentation and payor information. Work closely with referral sources to resolve complaints. Perform other duties as directed by Regional Sales Manager. Must be able to travel to outlying territory accounts on a bi-weekly visit. Qualifications: Education and experience equivalent to a four-year BA/BS degree is preferred. Minimum of 1- 3 years of related outside sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Existing relationships with major hospitals/health systems in the territory is preferred. Ability to learn and apply information quickly as well as interpret insurance needs and offer appropriate customer solutions. Existing knowledge of Sleep Therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, and qualification criteria. Great presentation and communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a team selling environment. Geographically located within or close to assigned territory. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
