Job Summary: VectorCSP is looking for an individual to provide technical support services to assist the U.S. Coast Guard's C5ISC BOD-AIB in providing Technical Authority oversight for C5I acquisitions . This position will perform comprehensive operational and functional requirements analysis; provide implementation support; and participate in system and platform sustainment planning ; manage technical data and Engineering Changes, develop operator and maintenance training, support coordination with diverse stakeholders, recommend and submit technical solutions, and maintain system configuration and documentation. Requirements: Must have an active Top Secret clearance Education and Experience: HS Diploma Technical experience with acquisition program support Essential Duties: P rovide Integrated C5I Systems Acquisition and C5I Technical Authority Support for NSC acquisition program. S upport the acquisition and transition to sustainment of C5I equipment and capability for NSC including assisting with: Defining surface C5I operational and functional requirements; Developing surface C5I Operational, System and Technical Architectures; Developing surface electronic system specifications; Managing C5I System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) for surface components; Reviewing and maintaining C5I OLSPs, ILSPs, and EILSPs for surface components; Support CDRL reviews; Verifying proper installation and conducting equipment and compliance audits; S upport surface related IPTs, and WGs, as well as supporting and assisting preparing "Determinations and Findings" documentation to standardize C5I systems and components. R eview and analyze surface related C5I ECRs and ECPs and prepare responses for COR review . T rack the status of current surface related C5I ECRs and ECPs. P rovide administrative support in the development, preparation, distribution, and follow-up on surface related meetings whether on or off-site to include compilation and distribution of meeting minutes. S upport the design, installation, and integration of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) for NSC's . R esponsible for monitoring this effort and advising the various engineering agents participating in this alteration, such as Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), NIWC System Support Centers, and the U.S. Coast Guard's Office of C5ISC, BOD AIB, CG-6 and CG-2 with regard to comprehensive operational and functional requirements analysis; provide implementation support; and participate in system and platform sustainment planning. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: K nowledge and experience in providing programmatic support Understanding of the acquisition principles involved with performance-based acquisition Knowledge of vessel and systems development processes Ability to develop and manage technical system specifications and plan asset and system sustainment VectorCSP is a Federal contracting small business based out of North Carolina.
