Job Summary: VectorCSP is looking for an individual to provide technical support services to assist the U.S. Coast Guard's C5ISC BOD-AIB in providing Technical Authority oversight for C5I acquisitions . This position will perform comprehensive operational and functional requirements analysis; provide implementation support; and participate in system and platform sustainment planning ; manage technical data and Engineering Changes, develop operator and maintenance training, support coordination with diverse stakeholders, recommend and submit technical solutions, and maintain system configuration and documentation. Requirements: Must have an active Secret clearance Education and Experience: HS Diploma Technical experience with acquisition program support Essential Duties: S hall support the Program Management Office in providing Integrated C5I Systems Acquisition and C5I Technical Authority Support for C5I Acquisition Programs for surface, air, and shore assets. S hall support the acquisition and transition to sustainment of C5I equipment and capability for surface, air, and shore assets including: Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing responses regarding C5I operational and functional r equirements . Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing responses regarding C5I Operational, System and Technical Architectures . Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing responses regarding electronic system specifications . Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing responses regarding the C5I System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) for C5I components . Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing responses regarding C5I Operational Logistics Support Plans (OLSPs), Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), and Electronics Integrated Logistics Support Plans (EILSPs) . Support CDRL reviews . S hall provide support with acquisition related technical Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Working Groups (WGs), and prepare "Determinations and Findings" documentation to standardize C5I systems and components. S hall coordinate the Configuration Management (CM) activities and serve as the BOD-AIB central Point of contact (POC) for C5I engineering change requests and proposals . R eview and analyze C5I change requests and proposals and prepare responses for government PMO review . M aintain and update the organizational configuration management database and track the status of current C5I ECRs and ECPs. P rovide administrative support in the development, preparation, distribution, and follow-up on government PMO related meetings whether on or off-site to include compilation and distribution of meeting minutes. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: K nowledge and experience in providing programmatic support Understanding of the acquisition principles involved with performance-based acquisition Knowledge of vessel and systems development processes Ability to develop and manage technical system specifications and plan asset and system sustainment VectorCSP is a Federal contracting small business based out of North Carolina.
