As an Information Technology Services Intern at James Moore & Co., P.L., you will gain valuable hands on experience in your field of study. This paid internship averages 20-30 hours per week and is ideal for students as it offers a flexible schedule working around your curriculum. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in installation of computer hardware and software both locally and remotely. Assist in network and hardware troubleshooting. Assist in performing preventative maintenance and software updates. Perform hands on technical tasks such as setting up computers and network equipment. Assist in needs analysis and research for projects. Assist in updating user and technical documentation. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be tech savvy and enjoy working with people and computers Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-based environment. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Organized and helpdesk system ticket queues, notes, and solutions. Local college graduate, or student having Junior level credits holding a 3.0 GPA or higher. Enrolled or graduated with an Information Science Technology BS, Computer Science BS, or Management Info Systems BS degree program.
