The full continuum of River Edge Behavioral Health services provides state-of-the-art treatment and support services for more than 13,000 children, youth, families, and adults annually, who experience mental illness, addiction, co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities. Location/Schedule: The Baldwin Adult Outpatient Clinic located in Milledgeville, GA; Mon- Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm We are currently searching for a Registered Nurse to join our team of highly dedicated professionals in the Baldwin Adult Outpatient Clinic. Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Registered Nurse will: Duties and Responsibilities Assess client health problems and needs. Develop and implement nursing care plans Maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients. May advise clients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Other assigned duties. Minimum Training & Experience: A current Georgia license to practice as a registered professional nurse Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health/psychiatric nursing field. All selected applicants must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.
