The Role: Our Excavation technicians repair existing issues outside each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home. Excavation Technicians have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work. What You'll Do Consistently represent yourself as professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business! Level and reset customer yards following excavation. Work on light landscaping of trees, shrubs, sod, etc. Assist the skid steer operator. Work as second hand to Excavation Team. Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events. What You'll Need Clean, safe driving record, background check, and drug screen. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Passionate about Peterman and loves the brand. Class A CDL preferred, but not required. Strong desire to be a better person tomorrow than you are today. Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
