Position Summary: The Packaging Operator must be able to run the equipment assigned by the team leader efficiently and effectively. Responsible for adhering to the run schedule. Pay: Starting at $17.75/hr. - Depending on Experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match. 100 hours of PTO Hours: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm Primary Job Functions: Work with a variety of machines that process and package Barlean's products. Keep the workstation clean. Maintain a productive workflow. Ensure product quality. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Attention to Detail-documentation oriented processes. Willingness to learn Kaizen principles. Works well with others. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, and climb ladder and stairs. Excellent attendance. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information in English. Self-starter and follow through. Task Oriented. Mechanical Aptitude. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.
