A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you keep our general manager sane by juggling many of the day-to-day tasks that go along with working in the hospitality industry. Our general manager (GM) oversees the operations of two business locations on the same block, so knowing that you're out on the floor taking care of business allows our GM to sleep easily at night! You strike a balance between enforcing procedures and ensuring our work culture remains fun and low-key. As a people person, you have a knack for coaching employees and encouraging them to rise to expectations. You establish solid professional relationships with our staff, and they appreciate how you resolve issues quickly and fairly. In a restaurant that's rocking 7 days a week, you always stay on your toes and make sure the facility is clean, well-stocked, and operating safely. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER 3+ years in an assistant restaurant management role Excellent leadership skills Do you have an approachable leadership style and a positive attitude?
