Job Summary The Facilities Maintenance Technician's main responsibilities are to ensure proper orientation and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment. The role will be responsible for: HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, structures, vehicles, facility grounds, and other company property and equipment. Responsibilities · Ensure proper use, application and disposal of all products used in the performance of assigned duties · Maintain and use all Company property and equipment in accordance with accepted Company practices · Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs · Performs routine maintenance on building systems · Follow all Company safety and personnel rules and regulations · Run various errands as directed · Other duties as assigned The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.
