We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow our business. Job Description : The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet or exceed their sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will drive growth and increase revenue. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals Manage inside sales team consisting of 3-4 individuals Manage outside sales team consisting of 6 individuals Provide training and support to help sales team achieve their targets Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential customers Manage marketing and product development to ensure that our products meet customer needs Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets Preferred : Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Requirements : Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies Willingness to travel in western Washington as needed to meet with customers and building representatives PermaBilt post frame buildings offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
