Summary/Objective The Sales Operations Representative role at Zund America, Inc. resides in a team-based environment that is responsible for the creation, processing, and management of machine and upgrade orders. This position is great for someone who likes tackling new challenges and who is capable of managing multiple tasks at once. Strong communication skills are required for this role as regular contact with customers, the sales team, the factory in Switzerland, and freight forwarders via email and phone is required. This position is responsible for sharing information, asking questions, and coordinating delivery of orders from Europe to the US and Canada. What you would do: Managing of machine and upgrade orders through the creation of sales orders that are sent to the factory, generating purchase orders to suppliers, and managing logistical requirements with freight forwarders Reviewing orders for accuracy and addressing inaccuracies with the Sales team Corresponding with the customer regarding machine progress and answering any inquiries Organizing the international logistics for machine and upgrade orders Producing machine/upgrade invoices as well as, freight invoices Constructing and updating customer accounts in Salesforce and ERP systems Monitoring shipments and deliveries and provide ongoing updates to the customer, Sales, and Service teams Overseeing stock orders and shipments from factory to tradeshows What we require from you: 5+ years of experience in an operational role (legal and/or accounting experience preferred) Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions Ability to think both creatively and critically, work through ambiguous and subjective situations, including balancing strategic orientation and operational efficiency to ensure we deliver with a customer-first mindset Must be open to learning company-based data programs, and be experienced with MS Office Must have excellent organizational skills and maintain confidentiality Besides the fantastic state of the art facility and career growth we also offer an excellent Benefit Program that among others includes Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, Life Insurance, Long-term and Short-term Disability Insurance and a Retirement Plan (401K).
