Paid Holidays Paid Training Career Advancement Opportunities COMPENSATION : $35/hr to $55/hr DOE REQUIREMENTS : Journeyman status or greater. 5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade. Ability to read and interpret hand-drawn diagrams and blueprints. Safely operate scissors and genie lifts. Safely direct site excavation. Knowledge of advanced plumbing practices. Valid driver's license and insurable driving history. Advanced customer service skills. Ability to perform gas line calculations. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to sit, stand, squat, and lift up to 60 RESPONSIBILITIES : Make sure all charges are correct and collect for all work performed per company policy and procedures. Help technicians in the field when appropriate and be available for contact or assistance after hours. Turn in all completed paperwork and related forms for billing and processing. Assist the service department with service-related issues as directed. Always promote positive company culture. Provide customers with information about the entire company portfolio. Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Cleanliness of company vehicle. Advanced customer service skills. Ability to perform gas line calculations.
