Stark Tech has an immediate opening for a Service Coordinator to join our Longwood, FL team. The Service Coordinator role must be an energetic, collaborative, detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our service department. Are you the ideal candidate? The ideal candidate will be responsible for p roviding customer support to internal and external customers. The Service Coordinator is responsible for receiving incoming phone calls and seeing them through to completion. This individual must effectively communicate our customers needs to our technicians and ensure that all paperwork is completed by our technicians and returned to the customer. Duties/ responsibilities include but are not limited to: m aintain Service Department policies and procedures, e stablish and maintain rapport with both internal and external customers. Maintain service call logs and reports. Process all warranty paperwork. Communicate with vendors to place orders and put new items on will call, check pricing, and track shipments. Issue Purchase Orders. Maintain job files. Assist in collections and collection calls. Maintain refrigerant and tank tracking logs. Process timesheets and technician paperwork. Monitor and track truck stock purchases. Complete inventory transfer logs. What we would like to see: High School Diploma required. Previous work experience in similar position. Excellent computer skills. Microsoft Office experience required. Great customer service skills required. Some travel is required. Who are we?
