We take tremendous pride in providing quality workmanship and services to our customers at the absolute best value for the price.We're currently looking for HVAC Service Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have management experience, preferably in the trade/mechanical industry, be forward-thinking, a team builder, and a problem solver, somebody who is great at tracking multiple things. If it sounds like you and you are looking for a company where you can put your skills to use and be treated like more than just "a number" then we want to hear from you!In this role, you will be supervising up to 15 employees (apprentices and 1 st -2 nd year Journeymen) on 1-30 jobs in the Service Department. You will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for managing all onsite activities related to all the service preventive maintenance work. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. Pay Scale: starting $35 per hour depending on experience Benefits: Medical & Dental, Company paid Life Insurance & Short-term disability, 401K w/ percentage match after 1 year, Paid Holidays, Sick Time & Vacation, Company Vehicle, Phone, & Tablet Work Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, overtime as required Required Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum 10 years of HVAC field experience HVAC preventive maintenance experience in commercial/industrial settings is a must Management experience/experience leading crews Great verbal & written communication Basic computer skills
