Pay Range : $35/hr to $46/hr DOE Benefits Include : Paid Vacation PTO Health Insurance- we cover 100% of the employee Uniforms Take Home Company Vehicle Continuing Training & Education Responsibilities : Follow instructions from the dispatcher and/or supervisor and carry out promptly Relocate from one job site to another job site as dispatched during the workday Perform service and maintenance on residential HVAC equipment Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - be someone we can count on! Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized Be self-sufficient and willing to learn Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store! Maintain a professional appearance Train Service Technicians Levels 1-3 as directed Inform and educate the customer of replacement options following company guidelines Requirements : High school diploma or its equivalent 4+ years of HVAC experience Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record Universal EPA Certification Advanced ability to properly diagnose and repair HVAC systems both commercial and residential Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Able to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (On Call, Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion) Self-motivated to achieve team goals and strong interpersonal skills NATE Certification Preferred **All candidates must apply online, please do not contact our office.
