Pay Range : $35/hr to $46/hr DOE Benefits Include : Paid Vacation PTO Health Insurance- we cover 100% of the employee Uniforms Take Home Company Vehicle Continuing Training & Education Responsibilities : Effectively run an installation team, keeping all team members busy Train team members on proper and clean installation techniques Maintain great communication with project managers Excellent communication with homeowners Be self-sufficient and willing to learn Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store! Maintain a professional appearance Install mini-split and forced air heating and air conditioning systems Install ductwork Complete all appropriate paperwork Startup of heating and air conditioning systems Requirements : 4+ years of experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass a background check and drug screening successfully Universal EPA Certification Advanced sheet metal fabrication Install all system components and accessories Troubleshooting of installed systems components Start-up ACs and heat pumps Install complex venting and combustion air Advanced low-voltage wiring Install and test line sets and gas piping NATE Certification or willing to obtain Ability to train and supervise others Possess all required tools for the job **All candidates must apply online, please do not contact our office.
