Talent Acquisition Specialist **Immediate Opening**CSEngineering is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support various DOD and Federal government clients! This position will provide Talent Acquisition growth and sustainment for various types of positions encompassing leading edge IT opportunities, administrative roles, sustainment engineering, and other specialties supporting our government clients and the corporate CSE staff. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be the first touch that candidates experience with CSE. This position is not only candidate-facing, but also client-facing creating a lasting impact for the company. Our goal is to provide a wonderful candidate experience while hitting recruiting time-to-fill goals helping our company grow. We want to find the "best of the best" who want to work within their passion for a company that puts Teamwork first.Detailed job duties entail: Provide high-volume sourcing for an array of positions ranging from IT opportunities; such as Cybersecurity SMEs and Cloud Architects, sustainment engineering positions; such as Civil Architects and Mechanical Design Engineers, to administrative positions; such as Cost Estimators and Program Managers Deliver full life cycle recruiting for all opportunities by sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates for consideration Utilize expertise to support recruiting efforts for operational openings and business development bids, always building candidate relationships for current and future opportunities Create and post job postings on all job boards nation-wide and ensure appropriate resume routing Represent the company at military/veteran, college, and other relevant career fairs Utilize the internal applicant tracking system to manage candidate status, correspondence, interview details, etc. Conduct over-the-phone and video interviews for positions of different experience level (junior, senior and executive) Strategize recruiting efforts with senior leadership Communicate and build relationships with internal stakeholders REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of recruiting experience, of which 2-3 years within a Federal contracting environment or 10 years of recruiting experience, of which 2-3 years within a Federal contracting environment A minimum of 3 years of IT recruiting experience Knowledge of DOD clearances, OFCCP rules and regulations Must be proficient in Microsoft suite and possess excellent software aptitude with applicant tracking software Must possess a solid understanding of Company's confidentiality policies and be able to exercise appropriate discretion when involved in candidate interviews Must have excellent customer service, communication skills, and a positive attitude with a team-building mentality Must have excellent organizational skills, a task-oriented mentality, and attention to detail Must be able to manage the timeline and logistics of recruiting requests Must be a United States Citizen Must have the ability to commute to Annapolis, MD Must have the ability to pass a standard background and reference check PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Understanding of military terms, ranks, etc. Experience utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job board websites Location: Hybrid schedule : on site in Annapolis, MD headquarters two days/week COMPANY OVERVIEW CSEngineering is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small business that was founded in 2002 with the mission of being the best engineering and services firm in our industry while achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
