LSI is seeking a Matching Specialist to provide services in our Foster Care and Adoption program. DUTIESThe Matching Specialist is responsible for processing referrals for foster care placement from DHS or Juvenile Court Services in order to ensure appropriate and timely matches. This position will partner with support caseworkers and local supervisors to assure the best match possible between children and foster families. Must follow all matching policies, procedures and protocols. Ensures documentation is completed in a timely manner and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The position must participate in an on-call rotation, as required.QUALIFICATIONSQualified applicants will possess a high school diploma and two years of experience in child welfare. Preferred applicants will possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.At LSI, competitive compensation goes far beyond an hourly rate.
