Rhino Staging is one of the premier events staging companies in the country, dating back to 1991. We are looking to add a payroll professional to our team. We offer competitive pay and benefits, as well as a great working environment where you'll be supported and appreciated. The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in payroll, with an eye for detail, great customer service skills, who is comfortable working in a time-sensitive, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Ability to identify and resolve problems Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely, both verbally and in writing Duties may include but are not limited to: Process a bi-weekly, multi-state payroll Audit employee time cards on a daily basis Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors Provide payroll information by answering questions and completing employment verification requests Process involuntary garnishment requests Other duties as assigned Experience preferred CPA not required Full Time: 8am - 5pm On-site in Tempe Arizona Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates.
