We specialize in customer service to improve an individual's quality of life, making it safer and more comfortable. We are accepting applications for a Retail Office Manager able to work: Full Time (32+ hours per week) Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Starting wage $17.00/hour to $19.00/hour DOE, along with 3 opportunities for raises your 1st year. We offer a full range of benefits including PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, as well as Discounts from our Pharmacy. Retail Office Manager Responsible for front desk management. Answers phones/takes messages(with frequent interruptions). Provides service to customers and the management team. Greets and directs visitors. Coordinates meeting scheduling. Answers questions about Columbine Medical Equipment's services. Manages inter-company mail. Participates in monthly office manager meetings. Insurance Verification Medical Orders up to PAR and CMN solicitation New orders New patient setup Screen in store orders Obtain detailed written orders for supplies And other duties assigned. Requirements Must have strong customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Able to multi-task and handle a large volume of telephone communication.
