Our mission. Ark Behavioral Health is a network of Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment Facilities that provide a variety of levels of care to those who are prepared to begin their journey toward recovery. We are looking for a part-time Maintenance employee at our Spring Hill Recovery Center located in Ashby, Massachusetts. Spring Hill is a residential treatment facility located on 70 acres of beautiful central Massachusetts woodland . Schedule Part-Time: Sunday - Thursday 7am-3pm Salary: $18.00 hour Job Summary : Maintenance is responsible for the performing and supervision of building and property maintenance for the facility. Maintenance Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for all the maintenance of buildings and grounds Determines material, equipment and supplies to be sued and transfer equipment and pers onnel from one project to another All areas under repair or maintenance shall be left clean and free of debris at the end of each workday Maintain all equipment and keep a detailed log of dates and maintenance that was performed Lawn care, including sprinkler service and maintenance Responsible for snow removal. Ice and snow must be treated and ready for clients to move safely about the property. Includes walkways, ramps and common areas Assist with seasonal decorating and ensure grounds are clean for application Responsible for successful preparation of annual inspections ( i.e. : fire alarms, fire department, buil ding department) Work is performed in a hospital/rehabilitation setting where privacy is the utmost importance Employee shall not share client information on anything within their job performance with anyone outside of the organization. Violation of this policy will result in immediate dismissal All other duties as assigned Maintenance Experience: 2+ years of Property Maintenance experience Maintenance Required Qualifications/Licensure & Certifications: Valid Driver's License Maintenance Physical Nature of the Job: Ability to lift or lower heavy items ( 50lbs) Why Work for Us!
