Habitat America, LLC is seeking a fulltime Porter/Groundskeeper in Fredericksburg, Virginia for Riverwoods of Fredericksburg Apartments! Riverwoods at Fredericksburg is a 187 unit apartment community located just outside of Old Town Fredericksburg. This fast growing, property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.Applicants who are qualified for this position have basic entry level maintenance experience. It is imperative that the Porter be able to work independently and also as a member of a team.This position is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and assisting the Maintenance Technicians when needed. In addition to grounds, the position will assist with technical maintenance tickets, assist with unit turnovers and may assist with on-call rotation. The Porter directly reports to the Community Manager.
