We are recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse in a Full Time position serving our Baldwin IDD Crisis Home. Responsibilities: Observes clients, charting and reporting changes in clients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action. Answers clients' calls and determines how to assist them. Measures and records clients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration. Works as part of a health care team to assess client needs, plan and modify care and implement interventions. Maintain knowledge of treatment plans and perform work as part of the care/treatment team. Administer injections and perform lab work. Demonstrate ability to direct the work of unlicensed personnel. Qualifications Needed (education and/or experience): High school diploma or GED certification required. A Current Georgia license to practice as a licensed practical nurse. All selected applicants must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test .
