The Mobile Device Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our mobile device management solutions. The MDM will administer devices and advise on enterprise policies; installs, upgrades, configures, tests, and maintains and supports operating system software in a warehouse environment. Primary Responsibilities Provides operational administrative and configuration support for our highly available server landscapes Monitors, configures, and maintains server and storage hardware Reset and install Witron Apps Debug/troubleshoot system bugs and issues Operates as the first level support for trouble-shooting issues in the areas of servers, storage, and network Works independently, with little direction and authority to make decisions for best operational results Exhibits strong customer service, communication, and partnership skills, internally and externally Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Able to read and write PowerShell and Batch Scripts Able to operate within Android features Knowledge with APP handling on mobile devices Good Understanding of Server, Network Setup Able to set up new devices (ex: StageNow) Basic network knowledge (ex: IP, MAC, DNS) Ability to operate Windows CE Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus. Previous mobile device management experience preferred. Must be available for travel to Germany for 3-4 weeks of training immediately after hire Job Posted by ApplicantPro
