Full Job Description Martin Construction Inc in Denver CO is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting field operations, and assisting the Project Management team. Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will provide support for the operations team and Project Management. Duties/Responsibilities: Schedule daily projects, manpower, and handle any issues that arise. Jobs setup and document control. Manage daily timecards and weekly progress of manpower. Assist superintendents in activities concerned with the reporting and control of the construction process; contract amounts, document control, work orders, change orders. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve. Coordinate with Insurance providers and request COI as needed. Analyze risks and opportunities. Oversee project procurement management. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Required Skills/Abilities: Minimum 4 years of Project Coordinator experience with a General Contractor Previous job costing and budgeting experience. Knowledge of construction process and different trades Scheduling and procurement experience Timecard management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software. Experience: General Construction Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred) Commercial and or Residential Construction Project Coordination: 3 years (Preferred) Job scheduling and timecard experience: 3 years (Preferred) Martin Construction, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to a diverse workforce.
